 The STARS Program meets the needs of adult learners by bringing adult programs under one umbrella, allowing better coordination and service. Through the STARS Program many of the challenges facing adult learners have been removed and services have been expanded to make accessing a college degree for adults easier than ever.
The STARS Program offers classes in an accelerated format and in time-frames which are better suited to the busy life of an adult learner, such as online, weekend , and evening. Through these formats students can earn degrees that are in demand and that lead to career growth and opportunities in today's marketplace. In addition to undergraduate Associate and Bachelor's degrees, students can also earn a Master
of Business Administration (MBA) on weekends, A Master of Science in Management (MSM) online, or a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instructions (MSCI) degree with evenings courses. A pre-nursing program is available for student interested in entering the field of nursing, and a Certificate in Accounting, both online and weekends, is available for students who already have a degree in another major and would now like to go into accounting fields, or who wish to meet the eligibility requirements to sit for the CPA exam. The STARS program can also serves students who are not degree seeking and only wish to take courses for personal enrichment or as transfer credits.
